DÉBUT 2.0

Whether you’ve been out of the workforce for two years or 20, Début 2.0 helps guide you back into the industry. Our program is geared towards professionals who have taken a voluntary break for two or more years, with a minimum of five years’ experience before their career break, who are looking to relaunch their career.

The 16-week paid immersive fellowship provides a realistic gateway for those looking to re-enter into the workforce. The program kicks off with one week of orientation and training sessions designed to assimilate participants back into the work environment.  The remaining 15 weeks are dedicated to on-the-job training, and educational and networking opportunities.  Each participant is paired with a formal mentor to provide advice and guidance for the duration of the program.

Participants are placed across any of the below listed divisions based upon an alignment of complementary skills and relevant prior experience. You get the opportunity to work closely with senior management on exciting and impactful projects in order to reintroduce yourself to the Financial Services industry and prepare for a future at Natixis. Performance feedback is delivered to the participants throughout the program to prepare successful candidates for full-time opportunities. Our goal is to offer high performing participants who successfully complete the program full-time positions with the firm.

We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, technical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills; prior experience in financial services is preferred but not required.

We take great pride in our graduate trainees and invest heavily in training and development. Graduate trainees embark on a customized program that provides extensive on-the-job and classroom trainings. The accelerated 18-month generalist program begins with an on-boarding training, followed by job rotations across various business and support functions, and concludes with a short-term assignment in Paris. Key skills are developed to anchor a rewarding career at Natixis after completion of the program.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2nd Class Upper Hons degree, any discipline
  • Graduating soon or graduates with less than 1-year full-time working experience

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Other than English, at least one Asian language would be an added advantage
